That's wonderful, Barbara - you must be very proud of him!My autistic son started work experience at a local radio station last week. He's made some new friends and at the end of the course he's going to get his picture in the paper to publicise it
The colouring pads are a great idea - I think I might be swiping that one!I do that when my hubby drives!! He bought me a teddy for valentine that now is my passenger pacifier in the car!-lol!!!

He now sits on front seat next to me when I'm driving.
I would love to get a huge 4' teddy instead to sit next to me when I'm driving!!
I do the belly breathing a lot.
I also take adult colouring books with me for investigations or operations.. really takes my mind off tjings and keeps my blood pressure nice and low..
