The SCREAM thread

Well will phone surgery in morning and see what happens but if am given emergency appointment will refuse it. There is always the twenty four hour walk in at Kingsmill only a five minute drive though would probably have long wat there. What really is annoying me is as I am a Myasthenic my name on their computer system is annotated with the directive that if I am having problems I must be seen immediately the receptionist seems to ignore this.
Remind them next time you speak to them. My son is on immune suppressants and is supposed to get a proper emergency appointment (ie set time) the minute he suspects he has an infection. With 4 primary aged kids there's always the threat of "bugs" from school

kidney failure and autonomic neuropathy are my 2 screams for tonight

done screaming -- normal service resumes ........................

Argh!!! Ordered badges off the internet on Mon eve. Realised the website hadn't been updated so called on Tues to change my order but the stupid people cancelled my old ones, and only sent one replacement plus the other one I'd ordered!! So angry that I'm going to look a fool on Sunday when I'm supposed to present them.

Oops!

Maybe my scream is a bit feeble following some of these others... But:

Why when for all the rest of the year Tesco's are able to deliver my regular order for berries and occasional other soft fruit, can they NOT manage to do so now it's summer and they are actually IN SEASON????:mad:

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

And I had another small scream, but have been so peeved by this failure of Tesco's 2 weeks running that I've forgotten what it was.... EEK!:wideyed:

Robbity

V yawny-scream... Why do some neighbours have to be SO loud ALL night, with NO thought that other people share the same living space and that 4:30am is a perfectly normal time for people to be asleep and not behaving like lunatics? Well, that's worn me out... zzz. Thanks for listening!

Big hugs hope you get chance for a nap today

Oooh, I love the sound of a nap, but knowing my luck, the idiot will start his piano "playing" - Sunday afternoon is his chosen time. Watch this space for another scream later! (It might be a bit louder!)
Take it he's tone deaf and plays like Les Dawson if you're old enough to remember

If you don't mind me asking what gp surgery do you go to .
It was Healswood Surgery when it was very good. But since merger it is called Skegby Family Medical Centre, since the merger I have not been able to see my doctor the practice is not too bad but the appointment system is ****.

Mind you I have a blood test booked for diabetic review which is way over due on Tuesday then will have to book in for the DN two weeks from then.

In one!

Yes, I'm old enough to remember Les Dawson - the only thing was he was a very good piano player who was great at playing it deliberately badly. This idiot thinks he's a honky-tonk demon and hasn't the wit to know he's PANTS!

One day, someone will give me an awful lot of money and I can buy a tiny Greek island to live on with just my husband and a lot of cats. Maybe I'll dream about it if I get a nap in!

I'll have the island next door with my friend and all our dogs.....just out of earshot of yours so dogs barking won't bother you ....

It's a deal! I also planned on growing pomegranates and turning them into vodka. Maybe some sheep to make feta. And olive trees. But that's it!

You're more than welcome to visit.

Did some one mention barking dogs OMG! on my street there is one family with 5 Pugs next door has a Yorkshire terrier as do the household next to them they bark or yap continuously every day from early morning last night till almost midnight, Don't get me wrong I actually like dogs and we have one our selves a Lab cross but she only barks if some one comes to the door or onto our property rest of the time you would not know she's there. So we do find the cacophony a bit trying to say the least.
