Can tell it's been hot sunny day and neighbours been out in gardens all day. Adults arguing, kids screaming, wailing, whingeing in equal measures.... Actually, think I've gone deaf, nope, they've gone indoors. Think we've a storm coming, warm, stuffy, dark clouds gathering and I do believe I felt a spot or two of ran
 
Oh wow - took Mother to Chevening this afternoon - really lovely. Beautiful grounds and Mother and Husband had yummy cakes. I took frozen lemon juice to put in water - boy, do I know how to live!

Came back to quiet house - awesome! Will rip bits off anyone who ruins the quiet..!

Big relief. Finger crossed for another quiet night
 
Arrggghhhh still waiting for my blooming parcel ... Had a one hour slot yesterday, half hour past it I got a "driver delayed" apology text...didn't go shopping, didn't walk the dog.. went out at 5:30, got back at nine. Blank parcel card behind the door.
Got an hour slot text to me this morning, over half an hour late now. Another dog hasn't been walked and she was crying in her pen.
Dare I make my dinner?

Arrived at last about half one. All put away and trying some sunflower seed bread toasted. Very heavy textured like rye breads are. 25g carbs pets slice so let's hope bs stays below 7.8 but as I seem to be running high today it might be unattainable today

yep, it was optimistic. 8.5. Set my meter to test in another half hour. I even walked a mile with Rocks after I'd eaten it. I won't buy it again and will only eat the rest in one slice portions. It was a bit heavy for my liking but tried it whilst it was on offer......

Realised why I'm probably running high today. Hydration levels. Been sweating buckets all day and drunk no more (possibly Less) than usual

Am confused as to the nature of your scream ... I see he's an American politician. What's "caved"? Don't do politics at all. Don't know most of English politicians....

That's what I took it to mean. It's was obvious that Hillary Clinton was going to be the Democrat's nominee but yesterday Bernie Sanders wasn't going to admit defeat. It looks like today he has.

It's been entertaining watching from over the pond, but I don't envy you Americans the choices you've been given!
