Weighing in at 16 stone 2, I have lots of extra weight for my 5 foot 4 height. I have used a couple of of websites to predict a sensible calorie intake to lose weight, this comes out at 1600. I've been using the Nutracheck app to try to get these calories from a moderate carb diet.
Last night I got myself in a stress that I may be damaging my basal metabolic rate by taking in too few calories. So far I have not worried when I've had days where I've consumed 1000 ish calories, just tried not to go over. Now that I'm wondering if that was a mistake. Both my husband and I have been feeling weary lately.
Any thoughts please.
