twitches

I wonder if anyone can advise me - I'm increasingly having what I assume is a diabetes complication, namely slight muscle twitchings. They began in my feet and now happen pretty much anywhere. It's not all the time, and seems to be worse when I'm tired. It's not painful but it bothers me, especially when I'm trying to get to sleep. I just wondered if anyone has experienced similar things and whether there's anything can be done about them. :?

People who are touchy.......feign indignation at the slightest thing. Hypocrites, bullies and cowards.
As the good hanadr says, see your GP. Could be many things.

thanks very much everybody, much appreciated. when I get some new "problem" I tend to assume it's diabetes-related but some things are probably innocent until proven guilty!
