A result of 44mmol/mol would be a 6.2% in the old conversion.Ok it's been three months since my last test. In that time my consultant put me (type 1 and on a pump) on a low carb diet.
My new result is 44!

It's a blood test that shows your average blood sugar levels for the past 3 months. You should get this test as part of your diabetic review.I dont even know what this is?
I think 82 is about 9.6%I gad my results today it was down to 82 from 89 anyone know what 82 is in old scale thanks

Mind sharing what your diet is and if you count carbs? Someone here could offer you some sound advice.Mine started out at 14.2% about 2 years ago and I have got them down to 10.2% which is about 89, but they have stayed at this for about 8 months now and I can't seem to bring them down!! So frustrating
