Thanks @porl69 Another 4 months before he scares the white out of my bones. Hugs to everyone who needs one

So home from brill hols, emergency dentist appointment made for tomorrow to sort out my now half a back tooth.
@therower I am not a twitcher either. They chase rare birds from one end of the country to the other. We go for lovely walks and spot birds along the way. Though husband goes on our local reserve 2 or 3 times a week and keeps lists. Not a pet person, but love wildlife in general. Had a lovely muntjac in the front garden of our holiday house.

Under your user profile there should be a drop down with Personal Details - you can edit it there. I’m using my phone so might look different on computer.

Your hubby sounds a lot like me. I go for walks and any wildlife or birds are a bonus. Dont get the twitching nonsense

@becca59 . You sound like someone very similar to me and my better half.
Last week on my way to work a police car pulled out in front of me, which was unusual at 5.30 in the morning.
As I approached the very slow moving police car I couldn’t believe what was happening. We were both following a deer , antlers and all trotting down the road. Apparently the police had been following it for 15 mins before it jumped a large fence. It re emerged later in the morning and the pursuit continued again apparently.

Up and at them at 5:30am on a nice 6. Holiday washing in (too tired yesterday) grandson due about 8am dentists at 2pm. Busy busy! Very difficult to eat at the moment. Best thing is yoghurt. After consuming and drinking loads last week a bit of fasting will do me good. Happy murky bonfire night all.

Morning everyone,
Despite the nurse running late yesterday, I was given a clean bill of health!! Haha, feet OK, asthma well-controlled.
So what's today got in store? More bulb planting if it stays dry if not it's making spicy green tomato chutney with the very last of the crop.
BG not too shabby
Keep the dogs and cats safe tonight. I quite fancy a bit of Parkin

Not that long ago, fairly locally we had a similar thing, except it was an emu giving the police the run around.

Morning all, BGs have been a tad high for some unknown reason maybe I'm coming down with something - feeling a bit run down/tired but that maybe just down to a few nights bad sleep.

Had to do a 'manual handling' training course yesterday, hadn't done one for years (decades even!) and the H&S videos are still pretty much the same :joyful:

It seems like it takes forever BUT so worth it. It was my dietician who originally put me forward for the pump. When I found out I had been accepted for one I was emailing her every week originally then every other day! I think she pushed it forward as her inbox was always full of emails off me :hilarious::hilarious::hilarious:

Anyway.......good morning to you all on this lovely bonfire night day!!!! How many of us wish he had succeeded???? :hilarious:
Bloods are actually being good so far today, woke to a 6.4 and on a 6 now

It's ironic that its the last day of parliament today before the election................

Just checked my BG level and now at 5.2, a third of what it was at breakfast :wideyed:

Hello friends,

I'm finally back in range this morning at 6.9. I'm looking at clothes for my baby cousin and it's so darn cute. I found the most neutral christmas jumper for her so she can wear it anytime. I couldn't resist the little fluffy slippers, I don't suppose they do a matching pair for adults no? :hilarious:
