Just over 3 years.. It's amazing that I managed to keep them all, but I tend to stuff everything in one drawer and finally gave it a spring clean, at least it's not handbags and shoes...

@Juicyj .
36 insulin bottles hanging on the wall, 36 insulin bottles hanging on the wall and if one insulin bottle should accidentally fall they’ll be..............................it’s only an idea but just think of the fun we could all have as you post a new picture everyday with one bottle less. Crikey it could last well over a month.
7 p.m. every night we all sing the song and at 7.10 p.m. you could post the picture.:):):).
Oh the joys and opportunities of being diabetic know no bounds.:):):)

@therower its pretty sad I know but have grown rather fond of these little glass bottles and what joy they've given me so I'll speak to some crafty mates and get them to come up with some ideas.

I might just have to do the song to keep you entertained though..;)

A lot of jibber jabber about techno stuff on the thread today. Seems I’ll just have to sit here like “ Billy no mates “.
@Robinredbreast . Fingers, legs , eyes and Jacobs crossed for you. Early days but if anyone deserves a sunny horizon you do.

@slip ,@Scott-C ,@Knikki cheers for the feed back on the L2..

I'm fully hypo awair, i don't realy need it as a warning device.. It's more to "fill in the blanks" twix testing..
Talking of sensors. Mine ran out two days ago? I though ide see what would happen with the apps...
The Libre app don't play. The Glimp app warns me the sensor has expended. & scans keep repeating the same identical graph for the last 8 hours it did before it died & bangs the result in the current timeline..
Oddly, the day before it did give up. It thew up some crazy readings that did not correspond with my meter?

But I do have to say. Following the Abbott recommended instructions applying the sensor. It hasn't budged..

I do have a new sensor to apply, I've yet to remove the the old one... Probably need some time in a darkened room..

@porl69 just looking back and noticed your using a Ticwatch, what you think of it?

Love mine simply because I don't have the phone on me :)

Plus though you'd got a Pebble watch?

@Jaylee I only keep the sensor going long enough for a new one's "hour warm up" period has past, as said before I find the "accuracy" of Etch A Sketch to be questionable and have noticed that when it is close to its expiration time readings seem/can go a bit skewed. :shifty:

On a side note and just looking at my Etch A Sketch seems I must have spent 70+% of the day around the 3.8 - 4.5 mark......hmmm.......really should try and push those numbers up a bit more :)

Yep, I was getting some skatty readings for the hour I was doing some physical stuff n multilayered clothing.. Highs & lows in a matter of minutes.. I put it down to pressure on the sensor due to the top layer sleeve putting presure on a thermal long sleeve, tee shirt then hoodie. Coupled with the activity I was doing too? I also got the sensation of the sensor twanging on my arm about the same time.
My meter was saying otherwise... Then the Libre settled.

This is the first time I used a Libre, on the whole it's been a good experience which I've hardly noticed it's attachment.
Lol, on the "destructions" it does say something about not wearing tight clothing....

"Etch a sketch." The madness for that hour looked more like a drummer's cymbal crash from a WAV file on Cubase. :)
