@therower, yep I've been watching it, agree it's good. I also agree about finding the thought of a pump daunting on a lot of levels, the calculations and not least continually being attached to it. I guess I'm lucky that after 30 plus years I've got better control now than ever and am still hypo aware, so I'm happy to stick in the mdi club.......unless something changes.....:)

Ah - had an opportunity for more church-related scientific experimentation last night since it was Ash Wednesday and we do a service for which my organist skills are required in the evening. There is still a small stress-related rise, but as I am far more insulin sensitive in the evenings, and had walked both to and from work, with a good 7000 steps at work, it was a less marked rise than in the mornings.

I also got very excited as I have been booked for a wedding of one of the youth club youngsters I worked with about ten years ago! Which means a return visit to somewhere I've been reluctant to return to, but if my memory serves me correctly a most lovely organ to play for the occasion! (Long story, but the good digital organ was meant to be removed from one church to be put in another where the organ was on its last puff of breath is what was intended to happen before I left the area when plans were in progress. I'm sure that's what I saw when I went to a funeral in this church five years ago, but didn't have the opportunity to look closely at the time.)

Morning.

Still having tech issues :banghead:

Don't tend to watch my TV these days but do tend to watch a fair bit of Netflix because I like the Japanese Anime although a fair bit of it makes me scratch my head.

Saying that just finished watching the Night Flyer, very good Sci Fi

Star Trek Discovery started watching that again, not bad.

Titans, great and a very different play on the super hero, just hope that at some point they get a repeat Teen Titans which was a fantastic cartoon, dark and very well written.

Other than that all's good.

Anyone been watching Baptiste?

Oh yes! Love it, as I did The Missing. Each episode can't come round fast enough.

Any F1 fans?

BGs have been behaving - probably because I'm not using a cgm device at the mo, 7.1 last night, 6.9 this morning - obviously it was a perfectly flat line over night...........

Dislikes
Bigotry, reliance on unsupported 'facts', unkindness, unfairness.
Morning/afternoon/evening/goodnight!

Pants day, pants sugars, pants dinner.

Rinse and repeat tomorrow, I expect.

Hugs! Hope you’re not coming down with something.

Good morning all
BGs in the night are going to 12 and staying there again. Overnight temp basal of 200% helped a little bit. Huge correction with breakfast and am now on a 8.2 BUT one of our customers brought welsh cakes in DOH, I love welsh cakes. See what my guesstimate on the carbs brings lol. Me and the misses have just started watching "Peaky Blinders", really enjoying it

@helensaramay those socks look really comfy/warm :)
@Knikki did that link not help at all with your tech??

Good morning all!

xDrip got a little upset last night after 03:00 caused no doubt by the second half of my split bolus from late dinner. Was feeling lowish after it woke me up and fingerprick was 4.2 so had 6g to ride out the tail of the IOB and back to sleep. All back to normal this morning and staying in range.

@db89 so are you saying you are an F1 fan and/or you are in fact actually Rowan Atkinson? (And if you are you probably don't remember me, I served you a cup of tea once! :hilarious:)

I don't think being Rowan Atkinson would be a bad lot in life :)
I'm just a lowly massive F1 nut. I'll be in front of the TV next weekend for every session.

I only trust a select few people to make me cups of tea now though - I like it a very certain way!

I won't watch the practice sessions live, but they certainly will be recorded and watched at leisure. I will be up for the early start Saturday and Sunday come race weekend (oh those words.......race weekend.......!) I'll PM you.
