Lol, mate, there's a lot of "emotionally unstable individuals" in the rock and roll scene!

Yarp, oddly. We were in a band together.. :banghead: (An Amy Winehouse look & act alike.)

Normally, I keep my relationships grounded. & paint a little "shade" in my life with the R&R.
Living with the fairies full time is not my idea anchoring of a stable healthy commitment. ;)

Morning all, blowing a gale here, one pane smashed in the greenhouse, one bench blown over and may be irrepairable. Walking wasn't much fun either, got blown sideways several times. After yesterday's low, ended up in the 15s, correcting like mad and struggling to get it down last night, woke up to a 10 so altogether not a happy bunny this morning :grumpy::grumpy::grumpy:
?Time for lead boots??

The en-suit is done! well the basin and vanity unit still need connecting up and fixing on the wall but the toilet is usable as is the shower. OK so I didn't complete it but my weekend time was reduced due to my daughters football match going to extra time and penalties, and sudden death - my nerves were in shreds. But they won and in the semi-finals next week!

After Friday night out, my numbers over the weekend have been a tad too high - I just hope in between blood tests it was lower! However back to acceptable levels now. This may coincide with a change of cartridges of both types of insulin.

If there's any singletons doing the dating scene in the Stoke-on-Trent area, I'd give this woman a miss!

Questions to ask on a first date: what sort of music do you like?; film choices?; will you try to kill me by overdosing me with insulin when I'm sleeping?

I can vividly remember and argument with my ex wife....she said that she would put bleach into my insulin vials! Needless to say I took my insulin to work and asked the boss if I could use the fridge to store it. We were divorced around 2 months later!!!!!

Whoa, super scary!

And to help things out I have no alarms coming thru on my watch from my Libre/MM. Thought it had been quiet for a few days and where I have not been too motivated to do anything it suddenly jumped out at me. Will need to go thru my settings again on my phone and watch

Afternoon folks, back from work ( another member couldn't do the event on Saturday, because of a shoulder injury/pain) so I did it. As some of you know I had great difficulty checking in store, via phone, no wifi. Talked to an obnoxious manager this morning, as I had the same problem.............. apparently it's O2 now and NOT Sainsbury's wifi, why didn't someone say before:banghead: and I didn't have the brief of today's event, Listerine On The Go Tabs on my portal, but the manager insisted it was there, I know it wasn't there over the weekend, that's for sure !!
It was so, so quite in store today, at least 14 customer's said' no thank you' I did try, but just one of those Monday's. Still to do the online event survey, but tea has come first
Hope you all have had a good day :)

I have hauled myself into the 21st Century, registered for on-line GP surgery access a couple of weeks ago, and have just made my first appointment! Still waiting for the next layer of access to be able to see test results and still pondering the repeat prescription bit. I've mostly settled with the one pharmacy, and I do see the sense of always using the same one, but the three most convenient ones are utterly useless for both opening hours and actually getting things right.

In the meantime, I'm pondering the scary truth I've completely corrupted my students. Apparently, in a crisis where I'm not immediately on hand to pick up the pieces, they now advise a short break, a drink and a biscuit. Also, my lessons are seemingly not to be missed when a large practical task has headed our way and I've agreed with the request for them to go to the workshops to help out - last year, they'd've kicked up a fuss at being kept in a classroom when there was "real" work to be done. This year, they've decided what they do in my lessons are as important as their practical work. I'm shocked, I tell you, utterly shocked.
