Bigotry, reliance on unsupported 'facts', unkindness, unfairness.
Chocolate isn't the ideal remedy for hypos anyway, jelly babies are a lot of peoples 'go to' or glucotabs as they are not so tempting.

Jelly babies in the car are a solid glutinous mass in hot weather - and melted chocolate’s soooo good, two bites of the mass and a choc moustache should fix the hypo, even tho the choc’s fatty.

I had a day of nice low blood sugars again, but then this afternoon I had a nasty hypo. This always seems to happen when I have a period of good control. Mostly they used to end with a nasty hypo, and a massive over correction, and that would be the end of it. Only with Freestyle Libre I managed to stop the hypo correction before it got out of control. So I was just deciding on whether to do 7 or 8 for Levemir, and I know if I asked you all you'd say 7, so I've done 7.

I think I might go out and buy some of this chocolate stuff, or maybe even cake. I haven't got much sugary stuff at home, atm, and I ate my super nice cherries this afternoon and all I have left are bananas and wine gums.

Yes, I know chocolate isn't supposed to be good for hypos, but I can't eat another banana.

Good morning fellow users.
Woke up to a 5.7 on my now 29 day,4 times rebooted dexcom. BS 6.3 so that's as good as I need it to be.
The sun has got his hat on. Someone play Mr. Blue Sky by ELO or anything by the Beachboys.
Off out for a good Full English soon. Pre bolus before we set off should ( he says hopefully) keep everything on an even keel.

You lot have a great day no matter what your diabetes wants.:):):):)
