So today I thought I would post my results and stuff as and when it happens all day! - so 2hrs after breakfast, 7.7 (4u IOB still) - I usually have a bag of crisps mid-morning, I suspect I will be needing them.

And just to recap, breakfast was at 07:30, a bowl of Shreddies with milk and dare I say it pure white unadulterated granulated sugar :smug:. 60g carbs = 9u novorapid, morning 17u levemir

Morning all!

@Robinredbreast - hope the wedding is wonderful and BGs are stable in all the excitement <3

@porl69 - keeping everything crossed for you!

Had a really good night’s sleep, there’s an awful lot to be said for a ceiling fan above the bed, especially when the autisms mean I can only sleep with hefty covers up to the neck. Been like it since I was a baby... woke on a 4.8 and it started rising quickly into the sixes, so took 1.5u to hopefully sort the foot on the floor thing. Cruising at 5.6 now. Still feels weird bolusing when I’m in range, but Libre has given me the confidence to do it. I’m so lucky to live in Wales, where we have it prescribed.

Exciting day for me today, my favourite band for the last 30 years (The Alarm) have a new album out today, and they’re doing a signing session in Cardiff HMV. So hot and horrible ****** train into the city (I hate public transport almost as much as I hate heat), hot city, and adrenaline will have some effect on my BG levels - I just don’t know whether it’ll be up or down! And then we’re off to Marlborough tomorrow to do it all again :D #groupie

Time for a snack, not crisps this morning but Mini cheddars, 12.5g carbs so still much the same. I don't normally do a BG test but as I'm posting all day I will, 3.4............oops, may be a glucotab or 2 first then!

Rubber ball for me as was low at 2am again despite basal change but at least woke, then 13.9 on waking so went for a run and then crashed to 2.9 , now sat at 6.4 - hoping for a steady day..

Oh the joys.....really thirsty so scanned the Libre 24.8!!!! Checked the Timesulin on my Fiasp and said 4 hours 30 mins which would have been right for my bolus this morning. So done an air shot and nothing coming out. 1st Fiasp pen not to work. Luckily had a spare in the fridge in work. Correction dose done, will report back in in an hour or so. No ketones

Alas I'll be reporting your use of inflammatory and offensive language on the forum.
What gives you the right to post that you have put sugar on your cereal :woot::woot::woot:.
Such things can not and will not be tolerated ( allegedly :):):))

Went to bed on 6.9 having had no food since 2.30pm. Woke at 11.3, 3 units given with my 10 carb brekkie, pre swim fit. 10.2 just before swim, an hour later 7.7 post swim. Result! Err well... no 12.7 2 hours later. I hate DP and Adrenalin. Have had another 2 units, so as not eating TIL later will be interesting to see what happens. Starting to feel a little out of control without my Libre. Planning on camping next week so may put one on.

In swimming news...80 lengths done including 20 as part of a time trial. Did the 20 in 10 mins 1 Sec. pretty chuffed with that. Will be repeating in a month so planning to knock that second off.
