Been there done that with a garage roller door. But it is not purple or aubergine!!You could always paint it yourself - go wild.
Does that mean they're not going to enforce the tickets Karen? I do hope so!!!quick update on the parking notices myself and most of the neighbours received spoke to the council yesterday(not the first time)and whomever i spoke to told me that it was an inexperienced police officer being over zealous which brings me to the question of what is an inexperienced officer the worlds gone nuts![]()
Fingers crossed indeed!!Does that mean they're not going to enforce the tickets Karen? I do hope so!!!
I used to have one. Had a 3.5 V8 in it - plus an LPG conversion. Smelled of cabbage and poo, according to my then three year old. Absolutely adored it! Was a 1972 Series 3 but with Range Rover suspension, and tax exempt because it was so old. Matt black with a purple interior.
Morning all, on a surprisingly sunny day down here.
db89, I get the nasty extra morning rise if I have to drive too, I reckon it’s a bit of adrenaline that tries to help me avoid the potholes, get there on time, watch what everyone else is doing etc etc.
Mel, we’ve had 2 cars that were great to drive, big and comfy, though not as economical as the current hybrid (I’m now minus metaphorical arm and leg). They were an old Italian made Alfa and an old style, very old style, Toyota Carina E. Very sad when one was handed over to daughter whose ropey second hand Renault caught fire. Diesel’s losing its shine so you might get a second hand one cheaper than a petrol, if you really want one.

im presuming so hh1 i myself have parked here for 30 years without any incidencesDoes that mean they're not going to enforce the tickets Karen? I do hope so!!!
Like Mel said, fingers crossed!im presuming so hh1 i myself have parked here for 30 years without any incidences
I took my usual foot on the floor dose this morning and ended up hypo because the rise just didn’t happen. Unimpressed.
I don’t really want a diesel, husband thinks it’s a good idea for better fuel economy as I’m travelling so far for work. We’re looking at a 1.5 Nissan Micra - but he hasn’t woken up yet so I’m creeping about and hoping he doesn’t! One of my reasons for hating small cars is that I’m six foot tall and just feel ridiculous in them, especially getting in and out. It’s like watching a fat preying mantis getting in a sardine can. Husband had a Reliant Robin for a while which was great fun for local pottering but less fun as a motorway car...
Good morning everyone from a calmer and a brighter Hampshire. Happy Saturday.
How's your head this morning @Knikki ?![]()
Like Mel said, fingers crossed!
Seeing Cumbs post about fish and chips...I am having fish in gluten free breadcrumbs with 10 very small rosti's and some salad, really looking forward to it![]()
Sorry to cloud a sunny day but, I have a question:
If there’s a shortage of insulin after the end of March can we T1s bring a class action against the govt? Assuming we’re still here to see it through.
Pleased to see that there’s a stock planned - it’s just a question that popped into my head as I read about the latest debacles.
