Bah Humbug = disgust or disbelief, but it can also mean sham, deceitful, trickery, which I didn't have a clue about!

Then I saw it could be a striped hard candy!!!!! Which turns out that's a UK and few other countries name for striped candy!!! In the US we just call it striped peppermint candy. I'm not sure we have any other flavor of striped hard candy other than peppermint. Learn something everyday. I guess Kool Aid is finally showing up in stores there, not that we did anyone favors by sharing that!!!!

I've had a bullet proof weekend...
Too much wine on saturday night woke up sunday at 3.1 looked at my graph and had been teetering along that level all night with either no alarm or me mot hearing it.
I was active as i was running a stall at a christmas fair selling reindeer for charity so i had 2 slices of toast.
Normally i would take insulin for the toast but i hung back as i was busy and driving.
My stall sold out in 2 hours (£400 raised for greater manchester blood bikes charity) and no insulin needed.

Had a sunday roast with 10 units of novorapid off to bed and woke on 5.1.
Happy days.

Happy Monday

New one for me.
I just pricked my finger and the finger pricking thing hung on to my finger by the lancet until I pulled it off.
Is this a sign it's time to change my lancet?

If yes, please tell me where I stored my box of lancets. I haven't seen it in at least 8 months, and the box I found holds prickers for a different pricker device I don't remember owning. Ordering a new box seems overkill, there must be at least 90 lancets left in the box I can't find. :hilarious:

To combat this i have a cupboard in the kitchen where all my medical bits and bobs live.
I even bought a plastic tray for the fridge to keep my insulin in date order.
I bought a label maker not long ago for my workshop so everything is in order.

I am getting more OCD the older i'm getting but people tend to think being OCD is a bad thing well i think not.

I suspect you will find your box when you are not looking for them.....

Happy monday
