Good luck, @paula.nolan42! As a newbie, I am wondering if you can share what the problem is with your feet? And is the emotional rollercoaster another symptom of T2, or a response to the challenges you're facing?I am finally off to bed now having done an extra 3 hours work this evening.
Tomorrow morning I have an appointment with the Diabetes Nurse - I need to do something about my binging - and my feet - and my emotional roller-coaster. Fingers crossed she is sympathetic and doesn't blow me off
What is the ESTHER course, @paula.nolan42 ? I can't seem to find it anywhere here on the forum or online via Google...Morning all - I am just back from seeing the Diabetes Nurse - I am going to be referred to a podiatrist and also the ESTHER course ??? that was about it really

Yes, that does sound distressing! Sending big hugs, and I hope the podiatrist can sort it out for you. xHI @debrasue - I've always had what I consider 'cold' feet - not cold to the touch but cold on the inside - I have been wearing socks in bed for years - in the last few years I have had lots of tingly sensation in my feet and now-a-days its like someone is pricking my feet like a voodoo dollits very annoying - the sensation can be painful more more than that its just very annoying and interrupts my sleep
I'm confident it will be lower @TooManyCrisps but I'll still keep my fingers crossed for you.Hello everyone. Hope you got on ok today @liam1955
I had an HBA1C test last week and go to the practice nurse after work today for the results. I was 97 at diagnosis 3 months ago so am hoping there has been a significant improvement. If there isn't, despite my best efforts, then I guess I'll probably be heading down the medication route. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
Hello everybody. I'm just back from swimming. I swam the full hour and did 40 lengths! Lunch now
