Don't work too hard!

It's been lovely here today sunny warm just beautiful️its T shirt weather (dare not show my legs just yet lol)

Now at home fed the fish in the pond and just sat watching them devour their food (quite relaxing watching them) I'm now back indoors watching French open tennis

Hope you have had a brighter day than yesterday Debra

Thanks Barbara :)
And for the Hug, as I have just walked/banged my shin on an open drawer and got a bruise comming and broken the skin surface! (What an idiot!!:D)
Oww! That sounds like me when I was a teenager, I used to have massive growth spurts (I grew about 6 inches in 3 years flat!) and each time I was even less coordinated than before. My clumsiness was the stuff of legend by the time I stopped growing :)

I'm getting there, Ian, thanks for asking - but it's all uphill at the moment...... :(

At 12:45 pm I ate a meal I cooked for 3 friends, Lee, Stephen and Mary and it was roast chicken, roast potatoes, cauliflower and peas. I slept for the whole afternoon but raised blood glucose can induce a deep sleep.. My blood glucose reading at 6:15 pm was 6.8 once my Lixisenatide had time to work.

Your lunch sounds delicious, Johnny! Do you enjoy cooking? Have you tried celeriac? You can treat it just like potato - roast, boiled or mashed, grated up for rosti - but it has less carbs than potatoes.

Be impressed. Be very impressed.

A whole five hours at Cadbury's World and only the free sample of liquid chocolate with some biscuit pieces was budgeted for and succumbed to. This is the woman who would've thought nothing of eating six Creme Eggs at a time or one of the 500g bars of Dairy Milk in one go this time last year.

I was mindful of the fact the Creme Egg I ate on Easter Day made me feel quite ill and I had teenage minders with me!

Good Evening, my lovely friends on the www.diabetes.co.uk type two life forum,

I am posting to say that I've had a good day and am keeping myself occupied with a Salvatian Army compact disc playing much-loved hymns and choruses from over the years. Love Divine All Loves Excelling by Charles Wesley is playing now. I am a non-denominational Christian and used to attend services at the Salvatian Army Citadel in Balham, South London in 1995 to 1997 when I was in my twenties. I have a pronounced faith in Jesus Christ and the Holy Trinity and believe in the statutes and precepts of the faith of Christianity although I respect and pay full respect to all of the religions.

I had a chicken sandwich a few moments ago with left over chicken from the chicken carcass from the meal I cooked earlier. My blood sugar at 10:31 pm was 7.4 mmol.

Hi Tina - how are you and Ron today?
I'm on a low today ,getting fed up waiting for Rons XRay results . Ron rung them on Monday and he was promised they would be here today but nothing . Rons in agony .

It is! Today is my 3 month anniversary of LCHF... My blood work was Monday so I'm still waiting for results... BUT I weighed in at 201.0... Which means in 3 months I've lost 39lbs even. I'm chuffed!! My birthday is just after my four month anniversary, gonna buckle down and see if I can make it to the 180's (I'll gladly take 189!!) for it. That means I need to lose 3lbs a week from now till then.
