I've seen it 3 times in 3 different locations, and each time the audience was dancing in the aisles! :)
 
Afternoon. FBG 7.7 and pre dinner insulin 4.7 mmol/l. Grey, dull and showery here. Thrush is clearing too so back to normal soon. I hate taking antibiotics they let every other pathogen like fungi and viruses flourish. Still waiting for an appointment for CPAP therapy. :)

Snap!! And I'm starving hungry but it will be around half 6 before we eat. Already had a bag of popcorn which I'm going to have to stop having. BS is fine but it's salt and sweet which I now prefer over the Butterkist caramel one but GP says to try to cut back on salt if I can for my blood pressure. Wonder how my bs would be with just sweet....He mentioned Mediterranean diet to me....

What's CPAP therapy? (read it as **** at first )

We've had some cracking productions at our local theatre, I'm volunteering for Sister Act tonight and we've also had Cats, Calamity Jane and The Little Mermaid. Not bad considering the theatre's only been open for 3 years!

Tonight is diced pork, mushrooms and spring onions wth soy sauce, rye flour crust and I've just realised how dry it would've turned out cos I've not put the veg suet in. Boiled Charlotte spuds and a can of green beans. Not sure what made me buy them cos I prefer frozen. Handier a to carry to friends tho.
Does meatloaf normally have cereal of some sort in it? Never made a "normal" one before

It normally has some breadcrumbs in to bind it together. I haven't made meatloaf for years but use to like it with tomato sauce. Let me know how it turns out!

hi all have finally got my last appointment come through and will see the ophthalmologist on july 8th to get my eyes sorted so going to be a busy july for me & tina with all the hospital appointments .
