Type 2 Life

After 5hrs sleep I'm feeling more myself. Cold sore seems to be here to stay. In and out of heaters, then wind and chemically cleaned teacups to agitate my soft lips must have done it. Fairy liquid far more compatible for me. I think your body gets used to the same conditions. Windy blackpool was very very friendly. Good entertainment in hotel. Jersey boys, were very good. ;)
Little one is still looking a bit pale and his appetite down. I need to convert him to a junior quilt from his fleecy blankets. Heating on through the night thou. Next year he'll understand more. Nursery might be postponed, we'll see.

Thank you Barbara and Vicky, family now gone, feet up and watching my new boxset
A very happy birthday for yesterday, @13lizanne, and praying you have a delightful, healthy and stressfree year ahead, full of promise and good cheer.

Good Morning, my good friends on the Type 2 Life Forum,

I had a good day yesterday with occasional bowls of baked beans and spaghetti in tomato sauce as well as some mildly fried curried corned beef and onion on Bloomer bread.

Have a really lovely day.

Love from Johnny Baker, sufferer of Asperger Syndrome.

So the 9yr olds vit D meds are ready to be picked up. Picking tomorrow after my diabetic nurse appointment. No hba1c result just a check up on weight and mobility.
Bgs are high due to carbs. I must knock down to low carb again. Off for a sleep to try and reduce it.
On waking I must cook some veg. Kick this carb craving, right where it belongs, in the kerb.

Good morning, my good, lovely friends on the www.diabetes.co.uk type 2 life Diabetes Forum,

I am posting in this fine thread to impart to you all that I had a good night's sleep last night and although I don't recall my dreams, I did, in my sleep, get urinarily incontinent and accidentally wet my mattress on my single bed in the bedroom of my one bedroomed council flat.

My fasting blood glucose level this morning was 7.9 mmol. I hadn't had anything to eat except for a mug of tea with 2 Sainsburys Basics tea bags, 4 artificial sweetener tablets and full cream milk and a couple of swigs of milk from a 2.272 Litre bottle in the fridge.

I feel extremely well with my Asperger Syndrome this morning and haven't had any autistic meltdowns or mood swings pertaining to the disability.

Yours faithfully,

Johnny Baker, a Good Morning.jpg sufferer of Asperger Syndrome.

Good afternoon, my friends,

I feel well today although I had a concerning blood glucose reading just now of 12.3 mmol after eating 1 slice of marmalade on bread. I had a bath today and my Carer from Holistic Community Care checked the temperature of the water for me because I might get into a scalding hot bath because of difficulty noticing the temperature of the water with my autistic sensory sensitivity problems in my Asperger Syndrome disability. My Carer also mopped the kitchen floor and the sitting room floor where my vinyl flooring is and wiped down my kitchen worktops. She didn't clean the bedroom but that's my fault because I forgot to mention I'd had some urinary leakage in my sleep last night pertaining to my incontinence problems in my prostate gland abnormalities/overactive bladder. My best friend Lee took the mattress of my single bed base and leaned it against the wall to dry out and he'll put it back when it's nice and dry and make my bed for me with nice clean sheets that he washed for me. He's also going to buy me a lamb doner kebab in a pitta bread pocket with salad and sauces tomorrow night. I'm still smoking hand-rolled cigarettes and am looking forward to starting my quit soon with the Champix smoking cessation tablets if my psychiatrist and care coordinator says it's okay and won't exacerbate the symptoms of my schizoaffective disorder and Asperger Syndrome. I always thought I had bipolar affective disorder or schizoid personality disorder but apparently, the MAP Team where I get help is treating me for Asperger Syndrome and Schizoaffective Disorder only so I was wrong about my diagnoses. That's what the GP is treating me for, too. I'm seeing my care coordinator tomorrow and my GP on Friday about my health.

Thank you very much for reading my posts and quotes, you really are very good friends and I appreciate all your concern and love that you have shown me since I became a member of www.diabetes.co.uk all that time ago. I've grown as a person and grown as a Diabetic Aspie.

Thank you very much indeed and stacks of love, hugs and cuddles to you all.

Yours faithfully,

Johnny Baker, a sufferer of Asperger Syndrome and Schizoaffective Disorder.good afternoon my friends 2.jpg good afternoon my friends 2.jpg

No weight increase and very positive appointment. :) :) :)

Good Morning, my lovely friends on the Diabetes Forum Type 2 Life,

I am posting to impart to you that I had a good night's sleep last night after cooking Jerk Chicken and Boiled, Fluffy White Rice yesterday evening for my best friend Lee and I. I ate 2 pieces of Jerked Chicken Thighs, 2 Jerked Chicken Drumsticks, 3 x 5 ml spoonfuls of Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning and 1 small teacup of Sainsbury's Basics 60 Pence white rice. I haven't eaten anything since waking this morning but have drunk a mug of coffee with 1 x 5 ml spoonful of Kenco coffee granules, 4 artificial sweetener tablets and a splash of full cream milk. My Fasting Blood Glucose Level was a bit hyperglycaemic; 9.1 Millimoles Per Litre at 6:36 Ante Meridian, today, Wednesday 16th November Good Morning.jpg 2016. I'm seeing my Care Coordinator today at the MAP Team for some support, intervention and input concerning my Asperger Syndrome and Schizoaffective Disorder.

Love and hugs to all of you.

Johnny Baker (@autisticwonder1970 ), a sufferer of Asperger Syndrome and Schizoaffective Disorder.

Good morning all! Another damp cold day as you would expect for this time of year....so 7 layers for me as I have another day in the garden. This project is definitely keeping me stronger and fitter than ever:)

Good Morning, my lovely friends,

I had a lovely night's sleep last night, waking early at 4:00 Ante Meridian to watch a programme about Messianic Jews in modern-day Israel on Revelation Christian Television on Sky Channel 581. It is very interesting and explores the lives and the faith of the Chosen People of Israel and how they have evolved since Biblical Times. I said my prayers to God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit last night before going to sleep and read the entire chapter of The Gospel According To St. Matthew Chapter 4 that commemorates Jesus Christ's fasting in the Wilderness and the Devil tempting Him and Him showing resistance and faith to rebuke the Devil. It's a Passage of Scripture read in Churches at Lent, the40-day Christian Festival leading up to Easter where Christians give something up, just as Jesus gave up food and was tempted. I read this passage of Scripture on the www.biblegateway.com website on my computer.

My Blood Glucose Level was a slightly hyperglycemic 7.4 mmol, a fasting reading, where I had only drunk one mug of Kenco Costa Rican coffee with milk and 4 artificial sweetener tablets.

Have a lovely, resplendent Friday 18th November, my friends.

Lots of Love,

Johnny Baker, a sufferer of Asperger Syndrome.

Good Evening,

I had a whole heap of devil Carbs today, this morning I had 2 large scrambled egg sandwiches made with 4 humongous slices of Bloomer seeded bread, margarine, 4 eggs, milk and salt and pepper and it was crammed into t.e bread then I had the same exact food this evening. That's all I've had to eat today. I don't think I'm eating properly, to be honest. I'm eating a lot of the wrong foods and in huge amounts and I'm not sticking to my elderly diabetic Dad's advice about little but often nor the LCHF diet. I've got to try a lot harder. My blood glucose level this evening at 8:28 Post Meridian was 6.8 mmol even though I've been pigging out on all these carbs and eggs and taking 4 sweetener tablets in each coffee and drinking water like it's going out of fashion. I'm also back on the NRT for my smoking whilst puffing and drooling incessantly on roll-ups. It's a total uphill struggle for me today, let's hope tomorrow's better.

Good Morning, my dear, fine chums,

I am posting to impart to you that I had another good night's sleep and awoke feeling replenished and revitalised. My Fasting Blood Glucose Level at 5:58 Ante Meridian was 7.1 Millimoles Per Litre, although I had several sprays of the Nicotine Replacement Therapy product and several hand-rolled cigarettes, which I have been recording in preparation for my Smoking Quit. I also had 2 mugs of coffee, 1 with 4 sweeteners and one with 2 sweeteners. I took my Lixisenatide Glucagon-Like Peptide 20 Microgramme Injection and Metformin Hydrochloride 1000 Milligramme medication at a little after 6:00 Ante Meridian and at 8:12 Ante Meridian I checked my Blood Glucose Level by pricking my little finger on my left hand. It was still 7.1 Millimoles Per Litre.

I'm watching the Christian Broadcasting Network's broadcast of the 700 Club on Revelation Christian Television Sky Channel 581 televised from Virginia Beach, Virginia in the United States of America and they are updating the audiences worldwide with Christian Current Affairs Issues and Christian News.

Much love to all you fabulous people and thank you very much with fervent, sincere appreciation for being my friends and giving me so much valuable advice about how to manage my Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.

Johnny Baker, a sufferer of Asperger Syndrome and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
