I'm in bed. I've told mr ickihun and we are staying home today. I've woken less panicked. (I was thinking same, panic attack) after seeing my water balloon like abdomen and my rattling throat/chest. I may have panicked. I know I'm having a heart problem and its frightening the life out of me. Because its intermittent. I feel no one will believe me like how I try to lose weight but I feel no one believes me. Obviously mr ickihun knows because he sees it with his own eyes.
I'm going to see gp tomorrow. I just need a day of no drama.
However any chest pain then I will call 111 who will send an abulance.
I might not be on line much today. I'll keep you updated thou. Xxx

How're you feeling this morning, @ickihun ? Hugs xx
Still in bed. Not looking forward to a problem again. :( breathing still isn't right. I'll essess what happens when I'm up and take it from there. I don't want people thinking i'm a nut job if they cannot find the problem (like Rons team). I've lost faith in somethings.

the symptoms of heart troubles in women are not always as obvious as in men... so one do not always have those traditional symptoms like hurting in the left arm or chest pain....
I think you should push on getting excamined the sooner the better... wish you all the best...
your breath problems alone could be a sign of servere heart problems, not writing it to scare you but just to your knowledge

Well, it could be heart-related, but there are a number of other less serious things that it could also be, so I agree with you that seeking a qualified medical opinion is the best course of action.
And I totally understand why you have lost faith in the medical profession, Vicky, but the human body is an incredibly complicated mechanism, so getting a qualified opinion has to be better than just trusting to luck, don't you think?
Big hugs xxx

Have you actually been diagnosed with a heart problem, Vicky?

Thanks @eldergarth - Ron, I have waited 4 months so far so if it means another couple of months? that's OK with me. Did you eat 2 of them Xmas Cup Cakes that @tina_marie made? (I think there were mine:D) William :D:D
Hello @Liam1955 cupcakes are on hold at the moment due to helping Ron up to bed last night . He got 3/4 of the way upstairs and his legs went stiff. I had to get down on my hands and knees and push his legs up on to the next step of the stairs . So backs gone and shoulders not much better. Walking is painful as right leg goes numb and then pain occurs across the top of the leg. Hope you are OK today . Thinking about all you who are in pain and or under the weather. X

I had chest pain again so I called 111 for a doctor. I was took to hospital because of chest pain. Gulp!
Dr thinks I have a chest infection so sent home with a 5 day course. I'm still breathless.
I have 3 heart scans booked for 18th december now. It cannot come soon enough for me to see what's going on. Something's not right.
Well at least I haven't had a heart attack. (Yet.) Double gulp!
Still scared! :(

Oh, honey - I really do feel for you. Anything to do with the heart is very, very scary. But try not to worry too much - I'm pretty sure they would have picked up on it in hospital if there was a problem. They are very hot on heart issues these days and wouldn't have sent you home if there was any suggestion of a heart problem - look at Ellagy, she was banged up for a week!
The 3 scans on the 18th should put your mind at rest. That's only 9 days away now and hopefully if the antibiotics work as they're supposed to, you'll be feeling a lot better by then anyway.
Sending you big hugs - and a very stern reminder to take things easy and not try and be Superwoman. Give yourself a chance to heal. xxxx

Thanks @debrasue .
Just want to be able to do the 'norm' but even that is a challenge!
Hospital did pick up on a little inflammation too. Which figures. (Pelvic problem)
I have MSK assessment on 5th jan too. I hope they solve my problem and not make matters worse. I live in hope.
I feel a bit better this morning due to plenty of sleep in hospital then 4hrs last night.
Rest might be the key but I've commitments with xmas shopping/groceries for week needed today. No chance of a rest for me. I'm behind in everything due to illness. I was given seperate paracetamol and codeine in hospital and it made a difference for my pelvis. I might ask gp if they will change my co-codamol to the same?
I just need a bit comfort to get on.
Breathing is same this morning but feel less ill. They said my blood pressure is up. I'm not surprised. Even though I slept a lot my blood pressure was higher. They put it down to hospital/doctors surgery increase. Apparently very common.
I think once they get my pain relief right my blood pressure will settle down.
Watched this week's gp documentary and it had young man on with similiar symptoms to mine and he was told effects of virus on sternum and ribcage ligaments. Causing breathing to hurt his chest.
The lergies may have exacerbated breathing problem. I only used multivitamins and vit c to get rid of it and a check-up at gp for chest check. I thought I was lucky!
I'm keeping my fingers crossed tight that just lergy symptom. Definitely wasn't naproxen side affect.

I have Asperger Syndrome which is an autism spectrum condition and a full diagnosis of Adult ADHD which are characterised by impairments in social communication, social interaction and social imagination. I also have a rigid and somewhat unpredictable routine. I also experience obsessive rituals, some a bit overwhelming. But I have a talent in articulate creative writing skills and possess a photographic rote memory. I have sensory sensitivity and get upset by loud noises, bright colours or lights, and notice the texture and consistency of certain foods more making my dietary choices extremely limited or restricted to certain food components. I dislike conflict and lies. The Adult ADHD also makes me very moody and cross.
Good evening, my good friends,

I've had a wonderful day today. After taking all my oral prescribed morning medications this morning in conjunction with my Lixisenatide 20mcg glucagon-like peptide type 2 mimetic injection, my fasting blood glucose reading was 5.7 Millimoles Per Litre. It's been in the 5's all day. I'm still sticking to artificial sweetener tablets in my tea and coffee, which is an amazing achievement. I cooked Jerk Chicken and nice, fluffy boiled white rice which had a lovely texture and consistency and was seasoned in moderation, impeccably. I shared the meal I cooked with Lee, my friend, and my other friend who is a Christian called Matthew.

Have a lovely evening, my friends.

Lots of love to you all, from Johnny Baker, an individual with Asperger Syndrome, type 2 diabetes mellitus and Musculoskeletal Disorder.

Not to bad Vicky, just giving a good friend of mine some well deserved recognition. She is a carer for her mum who has MND . My friend has had to battle for everything for her mum. Not only has she had to stop working like me, she also has diabetes. It has been a very stressful time for her . She has now been told her mum only has a short time left.
