Type 2 Life

Hello @liam1955 i was awake for quite a few hours during the night and I've just had a nap. I'm not sure if we are swimming or not. Good luck with the sums.
 
You're quite right Liam, mine is Anna. My username is partly a bit of my "Sunday name" Elizabeth-Ann, which no-one ever called me, unless you count my mother when she was ticking me off for some mischief. I assume your name is "Liam" and I assume Mo is Maureen? Anna :)
 
Today Liam we have our usual "dreich" weather dark overcast and freezing cold. However, I had a lovely friend drop in for coffee this morning which was nice, then I walked down to PO and took the long route home. Now I'm catching up on the forum while reading the newspaper too:) hubby will be home from work around 2.30 so might have a walk then. What are you up to?
 
Nothing much - balancing figures (£) got to be done, thank goodness it's just a monthly thing - can't do maths in my head!!! I have not mastered the 'change' on here = yet!!!! Have you? - Takes me twice as long now. (Please don't think I am being rude, if I don't answer a posting = quickly) Have a pleasant stroll Lizanne with your Hubby and enjoy the rest of the day.:)
 
Like you, I'm still getting to grips with new format I seem to have to tap everything in two or three different places to achieve the same result. Enjoy your accounts :)

Hi Everyone.:). My fasting this morning at 9am was 7.2 - so for Breakfast AND Lunch I just had a Latte (oh, have drank black coffees and teas too) but now just before I eat my dinner my b.s. was 4.0. Does anyone else do this? In order to lower bs. Thanks, William.:)

And me! I'm going to sound like my mum now and say I prefer the old format :) My real name is Barbara Anne (my dad was a Beach Boys fan lol) It's been quite a long day today, I did my food shopping this morning and this afternoon the washing machine repairman came. Unfortunately he wasn't able to do anything with it so I had to take a full load to the launderette. Right now DS is at his theatre group so I'm catching up on Sugar Free Farm with a lovely hot cuppa
 
Soon be time for Death in Paradise I'm going to brush my teeth early so as not to give in and eat that Aldi's caramel and nut biscuity cake my friend brought this morning. Speak tomorrow chums.
 
Wish I'd thought of that @13lizanne - for some strange reason I decided an hour ago that it would be fine to eat 1 creme egg after a very low carb dinner. Apparently my meter doesn't agree :mad:
 
Probably just as well - the only reason I don't eat chocolate often is precisely because 'meter sez noooo'.
