Can I suggest to concentrate on your pain management first. Then lower bgs and fbgs?@ickihun - I rang the GP Surgery yesterday and they rang me back to confirm that I can take TRAMADOL 50mgs no more than 3 a day but only take when really needed. The only bad thing is they raise my blood sugars too much and therefore I get false readings! I've been preparing veggies to make soup in the crock pot for 2 hours this lunch time and I find being on the go brilliant. My bed just does not like me and find sat on the sofa fine - I even fall asleep for about 20 -30 minutes. Thanks for caring - Bless You.![]()
William you can only get your bgs right when your right.
Pain management first then bgs please.
Have you been following @ali1? She has to sort her other medical problem meds first then bgs. She is struggling but she is a beacon for getting your body sorted first then worrying about bgs/fbgs.
Most insulin resistant patients have other medical problems which always interfer with bgs. That's why me and you are given insulin to get better control. I know adds weight but it's needed.
Look I'm with you and all the others routing for you.
Take Tramadol as instructed with new injections and kick this pain up the jacsy!
Let bgs do there thing with lchf. Eat low carb when you want to nibble. Anything you enjoy but not carbs. Carbs just give you cravings for more. Eat as much as you like low carb - fill up.
I'm guaranteeing you you will be a happy William ready to tweek to perfect.
