Now done almost a week of running every morning since cardiologist signed me off as fit to start again softer a hiatus of snout 10 weeks. Very little fitness latency remains, but immbuildingnitbupmagsinnbit my bit and my BP continues to drop like a stone to the sort of levels I had in my early 20s. So cardio, resistance/weights, LCHF and intermittent weekly fasting defo a combination punch for me
