My fasting blood sugar was 6.7 this morning. I fast till lunch time. My lunch will be two tablespoons of brown rice with meat curry and two different vegetable curries. Afternoon I will have half an apple and dinner will be carrot and lentil soup .Share what you've eaten today with the rest of the DCUK community and maybe steal a few ideas for yourself!

Porridge made with whole milk , with raspberries and blueberries ,got a reading of 5.5 after two hours , presently surprised
I’m hooked on chicken Caesar salad at the moment! I made the croutons with a slice of low carb bread fried in butter and homemade mayonnaise. YummyF.B.G = 6.4 at 0700
0930 pre breakfast check =7.1 then 3 crumpets with butter, black coffee - check after 2 hrs = 9.5 .... yes, I know

I did keto 3 years ago and lost 2st in 3 months for my sons wedding and wasn’t on any medication but fell off the wagon because I didn’t have any incentive and my husband became very ill. Here again now and determined to get into remission with lots of support from this forumWell done, Miss Muffett. Clearly, you've got the hang of this low carb malarkey.
