I had Greek yoghurt & berries 4 breakfast lunch out smothered chicken with salad & veg, t is salmon in a lime & creme fresh butter with salad. Supper handfull almonds.Okay, I don't know much about menopause
I had leftover mackerel with courgette and aubergine, plus a few tablespoons of brown rice
Iv had 2 fried eggs, bacon & mushrooms 4 breakfast, avocado egg & salad 4 lunch and chicken salad 4 t, yummyOne navel orange at lunchtime. After that my BS reading was 7.7.
I am trying to keep carbs intake very low.
Wow - 2 hours after fish and chips reading was 6.5!My reading was 5.1 before eating tonight.
Well I have been naughty and had some fish and half a dozen chips.
Just starting to test, so it was in the interests of science of course!

Dinner tonight, Avocado and tuna melt wrapped in Romaine lettuce, with salad bits and homemade coleslaw.
