That's great progress, don't rush it, apart from anything else the skeleton has a habit of complaining! Took me about 6 months to build up to 5kGood on ye. Just about to go out for my morning 1 mile. I am now running it at s out 9 mins mile pace but recovering within say 3 mins...so improving bit by bit. One day I may attain your dizzy heights...I'm just a little way off yet, but I've only been back running for a couple of weeks since cardiologist gave me permission and a week since finally being signed off.
