Type 2s: What have you eaten today?

So far today a bowl of porridge at 9 a.m with cinnamon coconut oil and honey.
It's now nearly 6 p.m and I'm about to have a bowel of ham bacon and mixed bean soup.
 
Drank endless cups of tea in between I forgot to say.
 
My usual porridge this morning and a stick of celery just now.
Not sure what's being cooked for tea.
 
No breakfast
Lunch: roast chicken dinner with potato mash, peas, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower with gravy and 2 yorkshires.
Dinner: 2 toasted protien bread slices and 2 poached eggs.
3 decaf coffees with skimmed milk
Sugarfree blackcurrant dilute juice.
 
Breakfast: 1/2 cup rude health bircher muesli with half cup goats milk and 1/3 cup frozen blueberries

1 square 70 % dark chocolate

Lunch: half a pouch of puy lentils with sauteed mushrooms and steamed courgette

Small flapjack while out

Dinner: 1/2 block firm tofu, 1 cup steamed courgette and another of steamed broccoli with olive oil drizzeld over

Strawberries and plain goat yogurt and another square 70 % chocolate

This today was around 110g net carbs is that helps
 
Small cheese omelette
Chicken leg, grains, boiled egg
Ghurkins
Chilli with lettuce
 
3 tasters of bacon 2 eggs 3 tomatoes 5 mushrooms and some black pudding. Fried on coconut oil
That will last me 24hrs.
 
Breakfast tomatoes on toast
Lunch corn beef sandwich yogurt
Dinner jacket potato, salad and quiche
 
Scotch egg 3 party sausages
Chilli and home made Cole slaw
Chicken curry with veg
 
Poached eggs on toast, half packet of crunchy M&S Streaky Bacon, in sandwich.. Box of fries, and Fried Chicken.
 
2 square sausage and 2 fried eggs so far, will be home made lentil soup for lunch and chilli with salad for dinner.
 
I've been really naught and think I'm suffering because of it. I had a large fish & Chips and mushy peas. I felt I'll not long after and about three hours after I was sick. I felt dreadful dizzy head ache got warm. I was ok for a bit about an hour then it started again and I was sick I feel ok again and my sugar has gone down from 15.5 to 4. I will not be doing this again what's people's thoughts please

I had oats for breakfast with nuts and blueberries. Lunch was half a bowl of brown rice with fenugreek leaves and dhals (which made sugar reading go to 10.9 post prandial) and for dinner mozzarella balls with cherry tomatoes. Went for a walk and checked, it's 3.9! (Still haven't taken after dinner medicine).
 
Breakfast 2 crackers with cheese
Lunch mixed berries, yoghurt with
Mixed nuts
Dinner 2 slices of bacon, 1 sausage, fried egg and some cabbage.

Breakfast - 4 beef sausages, 4 bacon medalions, 2 black pudding, brown sauce, 3 brown bread
Lunch - 2 sandwich thins with 3 slices genoa ham and 3 slices maasdam cheese
Dinner - sweet and sour chicken balls with egg fried rice
Other stuff - bottle diet coke, pringles, 8 celebrations, 2 chocolate chip and macadamia nut cookies

It's Christmas so having a treat from now till Boxing day then it's back on 1300 calories a day
 
Well for breakfast 2 crackers with cheese and a coffee. For lunch I had 2 slices of ham with some cheese. For dinner chicken with veg and 2 tablespoons of fried rice. A treat of 2 after eight mints. Looking frwd to Christmas dinner tomorrow. Happy Christmas everyone.
 
Cheese on toast for breakfast 4.5 before 2 hours after 4.7.

But about to have full Christmas dinner.
