30g all bran an blueberries
BS on waking was 5.9 Got up at 9:30, 2 coffees with cream
BS at 13:00 was 6.1. Had brunch of a 3 egg omelette with parmesan and onion and one slice of gluten free crispbread with more butter
In the afternoon had a pot of earl grey tea with small splashes of skimmed milk (had guests, I don't drink cows milk normally)
BS at 1500 was 6.9
BS at 2000 was 6.2
Dinner at 2030 (later than normal!) was a wild venison shank slow roasted for 8 hours (!) with white wine, garlic and herbs with cauliflower parmesan mash, and 2 glasses white wine.
BS at 2200 was 6.4
Keep going like that and it will happen
We do eat some weird stuff...
My late night snack last night was grated cheese and lime pickle, but you beat me here
Half rockmelon for breakfast.
3 eggs mushrooms carrot broccoli for lunch.
Spaghetti with ricotta, tomato, chicken and green beans for dinner.
I must say today eating less carbs I have no hunger headaches or pains. Fantastic!

boiled ham,curly kale and cauliflower cheese for dinner 5pm
2 pieces of 85% dark chocolate and a handful of brazil nuts evening snack.9pm

I'am frustrated and quoting my mess! And trying fasting and herbal 's
Alc 8.8 need to get it down frustrated! I'am not going on insulin! Sick of taking my meds!
6 large mugs off strong instant coffee for breakfast a can of big soup a large can of processed peas and one slice bread and butter evening two strong cups of two tea bag tea and a packet of marmite crisps.
Bs 5.4 on waking max of 15.6

Good morning all my friends for breakfast 40g porridge oats 6 raspberries one for snak lidl's roll and one slice of lean ham and for lunch two sausages 3 slices of lean back bacon and boiled tomatoes
L roast beef Savoy cabbage & celeriac lyonnaise
T mushrooms chopped tomatoes & vegetarian sausages
B = 0 fat Greek yoghurt with little sprinkle of nas muesli
L= salad box (home made) and pea crisps
Snacks carrot sticks and celery sticks
D 3 sausage and 2 big mushrooms with cheese baked
1L diet tonic water
1 square 100% chocolate
So far, poached egg with one slice of wholemeal bread, and a chicken and mushroom soup.
L cold beef Edam slice x2 few olives
B scrambled eggs x 2
L salad, tomato, pepper, ham, cucumber, avocado
D chicken and vegetable casserole, yoghurt and berries
So far today a bowl of porridge at 9 a.m with cinnamon coconut oil and honey.
It's now nearly 6 p.m and I'm about to have a bowel of ham bacon and mixed bean soup.
Drank endless cups of tea in between I forgot to say.
Had a marina mix today. Added salt pepper and lemon. Tasted absolutely delicious!
