Type 2s: What have you eaten today?

Today
Tea x 2
B: Banana chia pudding with blueberries, 2 boiled eggs
Apple
L: In local pub; prawn & marie rose butty on seeded bread, salad & 6-8 chips
T: French style chicken & peas & 2 tbsp mixed wholegrain & white rice. 2 x vin rouge ;)
Tea during the day.
 
Breakfast: low carb coconut porridge with strawberries and cream and white coffee.
Lunch: two boiled eggs with 1 x slice of HiLo bread and marmite followed by Greek yoghurt and blueberries.
Mid afternoon: Hartleys 10cal jelly and black coffee.
Dinner: salmon steak with creamy peppercorn sauce, cauliflower, broccoli and celeriac mash, followed by strawberries, cream and low carb home made ‘Bountie’.
 
Hi,

Brekkie: 30g crunchy nut cornflakes with 130ml of blue top milk. Cup of tea with Splenda.
Lunch: 2 scrambled eggs fried with olive oil, mushrooms, toms and spinach with a sprinkle of grated cheese.
Dinner: beef slices with mixed veggies followed by a benecol yoghurt.

Drank mineral water throughout the whole day.

Breakfast was a small M&S greek style yoghurt ... lunch a slice of ham on a slice of brown bread with a smear of Branston sandwich pickle, some cherry tomatoes and a mandarin ... and evening meal was a piece of haddock, a mandarin and a Muller Light yoghurt.

T: Pork chop & Italian butter beans (new recipe - delicious)

Seen the doctor today & changed to slow release metformin 'cos I keep getting an upset stomach

L: Oxtail soup, 2 Hovis low carb seeded bread toasted with butter, some mandarin segments & a mullerlight yogurt
Small banana
T: Sausage & butter bean casserole & cauliflower, a half milky coffee

Hi all,
No breakfast, only coffee.
Lunch 3 ryvita crispbreads with cheese, total carbs 20.1g. BS before 6.4, 2 hrs after 5.5
Dinner a stirfry of chicken strips with bacon, peas, mixed peppers and rice, total carbs 42g. BS before 6.2, 2 hrs after 5.7
Total carbs for the day 62.1g plus coffee's.

L: Roasted chicken thighs, pear, mullerlight yogurt
T: Cod florentine & peas, 3 pancakes;
pancake 1 - cherries
pancake 2 - lemon & maple syrup
pancake - nutella
Tea & coffee during the day.
 
A gluten free low carb nut bar and a cup of tea.

Lunch. Blueberries and yoghurt
Mid afternoon. Half a fruit scone and coffee
Dinner. Cabbage and sausages

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries and cream, washed down with a white coffee.
Lunch: left over home made low carb KFC (Kentucky fake chicken!) and peas followed by Greek yoghurt and blueberries.
Mid afternoon: chocolate chia pudding and a black coffee.
Dinner: chicken, coconut and lemongrass stir fry followed by strawberries and cream and 3 x small squares of Green and Blacks burnt toffee dark chocolate.

Had kippers and scrambled egg with bacon bits in it for breakfast
Lunch was roasted red pepper and tomato soup with cheese in it
and am planning on meatballs with cauliflower mash for dinner

And a couple of scoops of Oppo ice cream for an evening snack.
 
Breakfast. Toast and avacado
Lunch. Crackers and cheese and small yoghurt
2 squares of black choc.
Dinner. Chicken, sprouts, broccoli and cauliflower. With coffee and water in between.
 
B: Fage Greek Yoghurt.

L: Beef sandwich on brown bread plus half a dozen cherry tomatoes and a small mandarin.

EM: As lunch but with a Muller Light cherry yoghurt instead of a mandarin.

B: Cherry tomato & cheese omelette, water
Banana
L: Heinz cream of chicken soup, 2 laughing cow triangles, mandarin segments, mullerlight yogurt.
T: Grilled polenta & bolognese sauce, 2 glasses of vin rouge (it is wine Wednesday :D).
Tea & coffee during the day
 
No breakfast only coffee.

Lunch 3 ryvita with smoked ham.

Tea a lovely steak with side salad followed by a scoop of diabetic ice cream with melon, blueberries and rasberries.
 
Chocolate flavoured nut bar low carb cup of decade tea.

Small portion rice and beef chilli

Lasagne small portion.

B: Berries & LF Greek yogurt, 2 poached eggs on a wholemeal muffin
L: Beef casserole, very small melon slices, mullerlight yogurt
A few pork scratchings
T: Local butcher's steak burger with fried onion & cheese on a wholemeal roll with a few skin on fries.
Tea & coffee during the day.
 
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries and cream, washed down with a white coffee.
Lunch: small tin of Tesco beef stew with left over veggies from last night, followed by Greek yoghurt, one chopped strawberry and blueberries.
Mid afternoon: Hartleys 10 cal jelly and a black coffee.
Dinner: cheese omelette (used garlic and herb cheddar:hungry:), with raw brocolli, cauliflower and radishes, followed by strawberries, cream and a low carb ‘Bounty’.
