Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

    Hello loopyllou, most posters here find that bread spikes our sugar,have you got a meter? The way forward is to eat and test 2 hrs later to see if that food spikes you,lchf regime is what brings the best results in dropping bs's,i'll tag @ daisy1 for the advices given to new posters,don't worry ,just keep asking questions and someone will answer,clive
