Morning all off to Norfolk for a few days and a nice 4.6 to send me on my way
7.5 can't seem to get much lower than this even though my BG is good throughout the day
Seven! After 4 days of really indulgent drinking and eating celebrating my wife's Birthday- happy with that
4.2 and headache this morning
7.3 yeaterday morning

5.1 this fine autumn morning.
9 this morning then 10.2 two hours after breakfast - went to bed last night with 8 so heading in right direction
Morning all, 5.2mmol/L this a.m. I really like that value.
7.0 this morning - walking to and from mum's and doing her gardening must have done the trick
Hi not been on for a few days most fasting readings were around the 7's but yesterday I had a reading of 10.4 and today's was 8.6
The smaller number is mmol/L, and is the standard in the UK. The larger number is mg/dl, which is the standard in the US. Here is a useful converter: http://www.diabetes.co.uk/blood-sugar-converter.html
For example, my FBG level of 6.2 mmol/L is 111.6 mg/dl
5.2 this morning @ 7.00 am ️
