FBG was 5.1 this morning, after a bedtime reading of 4.8, I think the cold is messing with my numbers :(

5.3 for r me this morning. Have the beginnings of a cold and went out for a meal last night for our wedding anniversary so I reckon it's not too bad!

9.6 reducing insulin so I can work on whether meter wrong or whether I need to start taking my new tablet before bed instead of a morning. Or both.

I had a very surprising 4.9 this morning. I was having a good day yesterday, with low carb breakfast, then running and a late lunch. At night I met some friends for dinner. I tried to navigate around the carbs. One friend came back from picking apples, and she made a crumble with a small, sugar-free version just for me. So, I ate it, with butter instead of custard. Oh, it was delicious and I expected sky-rocketing sugars, but no :)

Hi folks. FBG 5.2 this morning, after a big bowl of popcorn last night. @Alzebra, stop being disappointed if your numbers are in the 5's hun. Look back at what you used to record. You're doing great. Now, enjoy your success & lighten up. ;)
