Fbg 7.0 with no late insulin. Eating less as mostly sleeping or in pain. Just had 2 chicken thighs for dinner. Once I've taken pain killers I'm having bacon in lidl roll.

Are you taking insulin for protein too? If your insulin resistant the weighing theory is just a guide.
