8.0 - overnight rise of 0.5% only - lowest since I started testing last weekend.
Had a very low carb day yesterday and a dessert spoonful of pumpkin seeds at bedtime

thanks @Freema , I've no idea what I did to deserve it. the only exercise I did was about 20 mins of garden tidying (and I ate about 75g of carb.)

and a good morning to all from very windy Scotland
4.8 this morning.
