It was 5.9 at 2200 last night.

8.0 - overnight rise of 0.5% only - lowest since I started testing last weekend.
Had a very low carb day yesterday and a dessert spoonful of pumpkin seeds at bedtime

thanks @Freema , I've no idea what I did to deserve it. the only exercise I did was about 20 mins of garden tidying (and I ate about 75g of carb.)

Another 6.3 for me today, and my 16 day average has now hit 5.7....

Off to see the knee consultant now, doubt that will help.
