Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

I'm usually higher in the morning than I would be all day.
 
Good morning at 4am my reading was 4.0

ps No idea why it has dropped to 4.0 every day I do exactly the same activity's eat the same meals at the same time and go to bed at the same time, just by way of my experiment,there is no logical reason why it has dropped in to the 4's range

What is important is that you feel ok and normal at these level. Then it is a good sign that the brain is still getting enough fuel.
