I'm struggling to get my mmol down I am between 13.9 & 22mmol anytime I am testing with the nexus meter.. Trying to control it is harder than I wish. I'm not on meds. I'm eating healthy, started exercise again as had procedure before... it's scary & just want it down... my aim is to reverse it.As requested in another thread.... state your fasting numbers here.
My fasting level today 8.3.****. Over to other T2s now....
Are you in remission? If so wonderful - how did you get there?Rather stupidly forgot to test before eating breakfast. 5.2 at bedtime so no doubt a 6.2 would have been the result as it seems to be everyday. I blame the heat.
How much Vitamin D do you take?6.2 which is pretty good for me. Have found vit d supplement is helping to bring my numbers down
I would like to try the "low carb diet". Is it hard work? Any tips would be very helpful.
