Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Hello everyone. It is 4.8 for me this morning. I won't be posting for the next couple of weeks until I return from my trip to Taipei and Singapore. Looking forward to eating durians in Singapore and the beef noodles in Taipei.

So sorry to hear that. Sometimes, we just need to do what we do without analysing everything we eat...but don't let this loss end up causing you even more grief. Your wee pal is free of pain now
 
Monday FBG 5.5 mmol
Tuesday FBG 5.1 mmol
Wednesday FBG 4.7 mmol
Thursday FBG 5.9 mmol (after refeeding)

Surprisingly this morning's FBG 4.5 mmol! And that is after a spikey 10 mmol dinner.
