6.5 this morning @ 5.15 am after being woken up suddenly with cramp in both legs at the same time!
Last day at work today, 6 days til son's wedding! Bet it will feel like a looonnnngggg slow day at work!

A more comfortable 4.9 for me this morning. I don't know why I had a 11.2 yesterday morning. Maybe heat affected novarapid insulin or my blood pressure knocked my bgs about. A very difficult bg day yesterday. I'm wondering if partner's birthday cake had a delayed kick due to amount of sugar I'm no longer used to? No upset tum thou.
