A more comfortable 4.9 for me this morning. I don't know why I had a 11.2 yesterday morning. Maybe heat affected novarapid insulin or my blood pressure knocked my bgs about. A very difficult bg day yesterday. I'm wondering if partner's birthday cake had a delayed kick due to amount of sugar I'm no longer used to? No upset tum thou.
