I walk twice a day and I'm sure if helps my numbers stay lowI cannot believe it but my fbs this morning was 4.9. It has never been that low before. Lately, I have been making an effort to walk more especially just before bedtime. Not sure if that is the secret but do give it a try if you are having problems with your fbs. It seems to work for me and sure hope it works for you. Happy
