Horrendous nights sleep with the heat, knowing I had to get up early and my dog getting me up between 02-02:30

6.4 this morning. Not on any medication. Just controlling through high fibre whole plant diet. Good news on HBA1C result of 43 which has dropped from 94 7 months ago.
