The pasta tasted ok,had it with a strong tasting sauce,(pasta was Napolina,gluten free green pea fusilli).BS has stayed high so far despite low carb food today and no lunch,so think it may just be the virus.Was the low carb pasta ok? I know some taste like cardboard
