Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

    I had tea, 2 brown toast with butter and a scrape of marmalade! 20.4. I'm so clueless but realizing rapidly what I can't eat anymore.

    Sorry... I'm new at this. What would you call a normal reading? It's quite confusing :) mine was 6.8. I'm using a GlucoRx Nexus and set it on Gen. Some help to understand it would be awesome. Thanks.

    5.7 this morning. I was testing if eating fresh mangoes and a very small bowl of green beans dessert after dinner would affect fbs. It sure did, although not much but I still have got to be very careful with what I put in my mouth. Love mangoes but unfortunately it does not love me.

    I see similar . Fbg is high and then goes down after food...

    Good Morning! 7.2 at 1200, a bit high as I only had soup for supper. It could be due to late testing and dp - or the hot dog and cakes that were forced on me in the bar later! :)
