Last night it was exactly 8 years since I joined this forum - I was posting because my husband was in hospital in DKA having just been diagnosed with diabetes. I was scared and had no idea what the future held for us. I certainly didn't think that 8 years later I would be posting here daily! Not scared of diabetes any more though

6.0 at 10:30 , did hope it would have been lower after all my fitness Yesterday But well it is an okay number anyway ... hope you are all feeling fine and enjoy the winter snow if you live in the nothern hemisphere️
thank you sweet you .... I just hoped when doing so much to lower it it woud have been lower than normal... but no my liver is steady and busyIt is more than OK Freema, it is wonderful.
