Thankk-you - I''ve got great numbers now - but I was only diagnosed myself last April when my numbers were horrible. I've worked really hard to lose a lot of weight (nearly 8 stones) since then.

It's my Hubby who has been diabetic for 8 years - he doesn't post here, I've been a member of the forum all that time picking up tips to help him.
