Try roasted celeriac instead of potatoe
Hrrumph 7000 brisk steps and an hour all before breakfast and its still 5.6. Suppose that I should be satisfied that morning creep didn't happen. I'm too soft for all this fitness stuff. I'm trying harder than my numbers.
Exercise will often raise bg. One thing I read early on was never test within 1 hr of vigorous exercise. That could be what is giving the higher numbers than you want.
6.7 today, six day average is 6.1 .

8.0 this morning which is good for me

Aldi and Lidl sell it cheaply and last year Morrisons were very competitive,. It is also quite easy to grow in raised beds. Keeps all winter if surrounded by straw.
5.7 pleased because 6.8 yesterday. Ate fewer carbs last night.
