Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Hi all newly diagnosed about 6 weeks ago with t2, at 7.15am i was 15.8, been testing for 6 days now and lowest reading ive had was 13.2 is this normal

yes it is normal if one does not count the grams of carbs in ones foods , it is essential to blood glucose control to stay under 150 grams of carbs in total in a day... some need to go even lower to get normal numbers... metformin only does very little and is more like a stick to lean at and not a real cure in any way.. the good news is that most people with type 2 can get their numbers of blood glucose level down into a normal only by counting carbs... so the culprit is to grab the bull by the horns and understand that it is mainly the carbs one has problems with

A 5.0 this morning, but very very tired. Taking little one to doctors to be checked for either chicken pox or slapped cheek. No itchy spots just a rash and very rosy cheeks. It's obvious as he has pale complexion.
