Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

5.7 which is higher than usual. Probably bevause I treated myself with a little cheese and caramelized onion quiche with my salad for dinner at 6pm last night (nothing since) and readings were:
4.7 before meal
7.3 after 1 hour
8.3 after 2 hours
7.8 after 3 hours
Won't be eating that again too soon!!!
 
5.2 for me but don't laugh. I had a nightmare about inflation, like how vegetables went from being cheap to 100's of dollars and it was this mass panic of people raiding each others gardens so I woke up and walked around a bit then went back to bed. Slept for an hour then woke up again. bah!
