Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Succum away young Janet I absolve you of all guilt but you will need the fbg fairy for future transgressions - you have an impish look young lady so I suspect the fairy may become a friend!
 
Would a 140 mg (8 mmol) be bad as frequent fasting BG? How could I lower it? I had started eating a natural yoghurt before midnight because earlier my fasting glucose was always on lower margin. Should I give up eating anything before night sleep, or after my dinner around 9 pm? Will that not be too long an interval before my breakfast around 8 am?
