Was rather substantial pot involving hot chocolate from the cocoa mountain in Near Durness. So good but obviously so bad

An 8.0 before bed and a 8.2 fbg.
Maybe needed 5 more units of novarapid at lunch time but I did have a banana for a change.
Extremely happy with this liver block of peanut butter.

Depends which monitor your using. One man's 8 is another man's 7. Also depends on your liver dump, of course too.
